test(0x11): regression for #88 — answer before a non-returning reset#89

Models an fn_reset that never returns (longjmp, like NVIC_SystemReset) and asserts 0x51 01 is on the wire before the reset fires. Red on v1.14.0, green on v1.20.0. Refs #88.
