feat: migrate listing UI to @vtexdocs/components

What is the purpose of this pull request?

Summary

• Replace local Filter, Tag, and TroubleshootingCard with shared @vtexdocs/components
• Update troubleshooting, FAQ, known issues, and announcements listing pages
• Remove duplicated local UI components

Depends on

• vtexdocs/components PR-84 — must merge and release first

Implementation steps (required)

1. Wait for components PR to merge and @vtexdocs/components to be released (new git tag).
2. Update this PR’s package.json from the feature branch ref to the release tag:

   "@vtexdocs/components": "https://github.com/vtexdocs/components.git#v6.0.xx"
