- Update templates to work well with current hugo versions (v0.159)
- Switch to lychee in link checks in the CI

This would require adjusting the netlify hugo version as well, which is on Jaime's account afaik. |

AI Safety Saarland research incubator link was broken, it was replaced with their main page. Hugo works locally now with the updated version
