When callers use compress.deflate.compress with the default .zlib or with .gzip, this line performs a full deflate_compress_fixed(data) pass and then immediately dispatches to compress_zlib/compress_gzip, which recompress the same input again and discard this payload. For large inputs this doubles compression CPU and creates an unused allocation; compute the payload only in the .raw_deflate arm or share it with the container helpers.

decompress_with_callbackto deflate - now usable forgzip,zlib, andrawdata streams, instead of onlygzip.gzip.vthat don't exist elsewhere, for API compatibility.compress(meaningcompress.c.v).compress.c.v, as everything is in pure V now.
