Include enough detail for maintainers to understand and reproduce the issue:

• Affected version, branch, or commit
• Steps to reproduce
• Expected impact
• Any proof of concept, logs, or screenshots that help explain the issue

Maintainers will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days. After triage, we will share the expected remediation path when possible.

Please allow maintainers time to investigate and prepare a fix before public disclosure. We will coordinate disclosure timing with the reporter when the issue is confirmed.
