Fix failing internal/cameraman tests

The internal/cameraman/cameraman_test.go file had compilation errors and failing tests because the application code had been updated (function signatures changed) but the tests were not updated to reflect those changes. I updated the tests for StartStream and ParseCameraID, and adjusted error expectations for TestGetVideoDevice. All tests now compile and pass.
