💡 What: Added aria-label properties to <Link> elements in the DashboardNav and MobileNav components.
🎯 Why: In DashboardNav, the text label uses a hidden md:inline class, removing it from the DOM accessibility tree on mobile sizes, rendering it a meaningless icon button to screen readers. In MobileNav, no text label exists at all. These aria-labels restore that crucial navigation context for assistive technologies.
♿ Accessibility: Significant improvement for mobile screen reader users who can now announce the name of the destination link before clicking, rather than just hearing "link" or an obscure icon name.
