Closes out T4 of the 2026-07-02 public-surface review, now that the CLI auth blocker is resolved and the v0.9.2 harness (auth-failure refusal, #36) is vendored.

Measured (live runs, claude-opus-4-8, 2026-07-03)

Skill Trigger P Trigger R near-miss P eval_pass_rate task completion
bubbletea 1.00 1.00 1.00 0.976 6/7
ratatui 1.00 1.00 1.00 0.976 6/7

Zero retries, zero pacer waits, zero terminal failures on both runs.

Changes

  • evals/evals.json results blocks written by the harness for both skills
  • Cards rebuilt (skillcard build) so card.json/skill-card.md carry the metrics; sign-offs re-ticked
  • Catalog, per-skill READMEs, and scorecards regenerated via make targets; make check green locally
  • Hand-written README prose updated: the Trigger (P/R) explainer and the FAQ dash answer no longer claim numbers are pending

textual and image-to-ascii keep their : they have no authored eval sets yet.

… and ratatui

Live harness runs (skill-eval-fork@ef6f952 / claude-opus-4-8 / 2026-07-03):
both skills measure trigger precision 1.00 / recall 1.00 (24 queries x 3 runs),
functional eval_pass_rate 0.976 with 6/7 tasks completing. Cards rebuilt with
the results block, catalog and scorecards regenerated, and the README prose
that framed the numbers as pending updated to describe the published state.
