…criptions, add License byline Punctuation-only rewrites of the bubbletea/ratatui/textual description and summary frontmatter (the em-dashes surfaced in the catalog rows), with cards, scans, catalog, per-skill READMEs, and scorecards regenerated by the repo tooling.
