Quickstart

Read prototype/README.md, fill the customer-onboarding operator packet against one real workflow, then complete prototype/Customer Onboarding Promotion Decision Card.md before changing package, builder, or skill wording.

Latest improvement

• 2026-06-10: Added a source-backed customer-onboarding promotion decision card. It is prepared for the next real trial and is not validation proof yet.

Roadmap

• Fill the operator packet during a real onboarding workflow.
• Use the promotion decision card to choose promote / pilot-only / iterate / retire.
• Promote or merge the skill draft only after source-backed evidence exists.
