- 后端新增RSA加密解密工具类，支持RSA密钥管理及加解密操作
- 后端登录接口支持接收RSA加密密码，失败时兼容明文密码
- 提供登录相关的RSA公钥获取接口，供前端获取公钥
- 前端新增RSA加密工具，基于Web Crypto API实现密码加密
- 登录API调用时对密码进行RSA加密后传输，提高安全性
- 移除旧的授权许可相关功能，简化密码处理逻辑
