Add managed-security and managed-all upgrade types and os_managed_upgrade_interval_hours field to viam-agent reference and system settings pages. These new modes let viam-agent control the upgrade schedule directly (instead of delegating to unattended-upgrades) and add support for RPM-based distributions. https://claude.ai/code/session_01A7cWYC17gfsc8w7vLx82q7
