The README needs a general overhaul.
I started with some Restructuring.
Updated some outdated information (For sure there is some more).
Added a few things.
Add links to Vexim-Wiki.
Moved some content (eg security warning) to the Wiki.
We could move a lot more to the Wiki. Let me know what you think of this and probably merge it before we do more.
docs/clients/courierimap.txt, docs/clients/dovecot.txt are very old and it's already in the wiki. Should these files be removed? Or at least have a link to the Wiki?
