I confirm that this contribution is made under the terms of the license found in the root directory of this repository's source tree and that I have the authority necessary to make this contribution on behalf of its copyright owner.
Will make it more streamlined, as the customers will run Terraform before contacting support, so we can whitelist account straight upon receiving request. Should reduce chances that we try to do something on their account before Terraform is applied, which would cause errors from what I've heard.
Azure was already in the other order.
