Summary\n\nUpdates the site favicon to use the same logo image displayed in the header, as requested in #194.\n\n## Changes\n\n- Copied src/logo.png to public/logo.png so it is accessible at build time\n- Updated public/index.html to reference %PUBLIC_URL%/logo.png instead of %PUBLIC_URL%/favicon.ico\n\nThe existing avicon.ico is left in place in case it is referenced elsewhere.\n\nCloses #194
