feat(eve): surface remote-agent usage to callers

Description

Remote agents run in a separate service and return through a durable workflow callback, so caller-side observability cannot currently attribute their token usage.

This adds optional token totals to successful session callbacks and emits a local invoke_agent span with gen_ai usage attributes when the caller receives valid usage. Collection, parsing, and span emission remain best-effort so older deployments and callback delivery continue to work unchanged.
