feat (docs): updated Sarvam AI official community provider

Background

Hi, I'm the author of sarvam-ai-sdk.

Recently the repository has been officially transferred to @sarvamai organization behalf of @vinayak-sarvam (DevRel). ❤️

Previous Sarvam provider package was unofficial, unmaintained and doesn't support other AI models. That's why we creating this provider package.

From now on, we'll be updating this package parallel to the release of AI-SDK new versions.

Summary

• Sarvam AI official community provider which supports v7, v6, v5 and v4
• Docs on how to install the SDK
• Docs on how to use Chat completion, Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text and other Text Processing APIs.
• Reference link to official repository and API documentations

Manual Verification

We don't have fully automated end-to-end testing. But manually the SDK has been tested.
Testing code is included in that repository at test/*

Future Work

• Planning to include Realtime and Batch processing APIs.
• Working on fully automated CI/CD for testing the package before release.

Related Issues

This is the first PR we did before #6748.
Back then our SDK doesn't have support for v5, v6. But now we do.
