Raises the bounded TrueType simple-glyph limits so larger valid registered-font outlines do not fall back to blocks.
Examples:
Adds an OFL-licensed six-glyph regression fixture. The 256-element renderer path limit and composite limits are unchanged.
Verification: zig build test; scripts/gate.sh fast origin/main.
