Refresh SEC cross-sector proof snapshot

What changed

• Regenerates the checked-in sec-10y-100-company Markdown evidence snapshot from the operational ledger.
• Updates cross-sector-patterns.md so the public corpus now shows accepted lesson counts and open pressure counts.
• Updates generated mechanism pages so readers can inspect accepted failure chains, live bets with review pressure, and pending review evidence.
• Refreshes linked thesis/tracker/review/evaluation Markdown generated by the current bundle writer.

Why

PR #80 added richer generated cross-sector mechanism proof pages, but the committed SEC evidence corpus still showed the older count-only pages. This PR closes that loop so the repo evidence demonstrates the product surface currently generated by the tool.

Low. Markdown evidence refresh only. No code, schema, ingestion, or outcome semantics changes. The run state in the operational DB is still marked running, but the persisted ledger contains the previously generated corpus state and current reports.
