R Systems Agentic AI Engineering Accelerator

2-Week Intensive Training Program for Senior Engineers

Introduction

Structured programme for engineers: AI/ML, LLMs, and practical AI engineering.

Expected Competencies Post-Training

Engineers completing this accelerator will be able to:

  • Design and implement robust agentic PoCs with multi-tool integrations
  • Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using supervisor, swarm, and graph-based patterns
  • Implement comprehensive evaluation pipelines with LLM-as-judge and automated scoring
  • Build feedback loops that improve agent performance
  • Build responsible AI systems with guardrails, prompt injection defense, and compliance logging

Program Structure Overview

Week Theme Focus Areas
Week 1 Foundations & Core Patterns LLM fundamentals, prompting, memory/state, tool calling, first agent build
Week 2 Multi-Agent & Production Framework mastery, multi-agent patterns, evals, observability, responsible AI, capstone
Assignment Assignment Capstone Project

Daily Commitment

  • 6-8 hours of focused learning per day
  • Self-paced reading → Hands-on exercises → Mini-project implementation
  • Slack / Teams channel for Q&A, optional daily office hours
