Summary
Adds procedures to cater for the new YSWS and YBNA controlled aerodromes, as well as supporting updates to YSSY, YSBK, YSCN, and YSRI.
Adjusts some local Sydney VFR procedures including Harbour Scenic and helicopter terminal airspace sector clearances.
