Switches ingestion from Orchard to Ironwood compact actions and makes Ironwood dataset identity mandatory across raw artifacts, snapshots, clients, and fleet workflows. Legacy artifacts fail closed and require one explicit reset; sync also requires Ironwood-capable lightwalletd endpoints. The Mainnet activation gate uses the current proposed NU6.3 height.
