Removes the README intro line that pointed at postmanlabs/postman-cli-action and kong/setup-inso. Keeping the README focused on what this action does for Bruno users, without leaning on comparisons to other vendors' actions for context. The design choices the line summarised are evident from the Inputs/Outputs and Pairing-with-downstream-actions sections that follow.
