The terminal output sometimes jumps around erratically, especially during initial boot. This is easiest to reproduce by clearing the terminal, booting from a solid pill and observing that many empty lines get printed during the boot process.
This PR fixes the issue by pre-checking whether we've rendered anything in
u3_io_term_hijaandu3_io_term_loja.
