Adds a separate source-labeled Allen-Dynes smoke-test gate for superconductivity while preserving the raw McMillan baseline artifact. Allen-Dynes Nb3Sn branch gate now PASSes for the two-row smoke-test set at 2.068906% average error; raw McMillan remains FAIL at 62.414935%. Validation: Allen-Dynes verifier PASS, raw verifier regenerated expected FAIL artifact, topic standards audit passed, core hardening audit ran with the expected remaining raw FAIL artifact.
