Upgrade syntax to Python >=3.10.
Restrict upper-bound of Typer version
Typer 0.26.0 vendors Click. Before tackling that change, we limit the upper-bound of Typer to <0.26.0.
This PR resolves some Click 8 changes (
MultiCommandremoved, among other things).Fix linting errors
All linting and type checking errors have been resolved (in more or less hacky ways... 🤫).
