Added “log4j-layout-template-json” dependency to “pom.xml” and “dspace-api/pom.xml” to enable Kubernetes to output Log4J2 logs in JSON format Deleted the UMD-custom "start-handle-server-fg" file, because it is no longer needed. It has been replaced by a custom "start-handle-server" file in "k8s-mdsoar" that runs the Handle.net server in the foreground. https://umd-dit.atlassian.net/browse/LIBCIR-441

Added the "log4j-layout-template-json" dependency to the "pom.xml" file so that Kubernetes could output JSON-formatted logs from Log4J.
Deleted the UMD-custom "start-handle-server-fg" file, because it is no longer needed. It has been replaced by a custom "start-handle-server" file in "k8s-mdsoar" that runs the Handle.net server in the foreground.
Also made minor corrections to the documentation.
