Target Frappe v16 / Python 3.14 on this branch. App code is unchanged from main (v15) — only version metadata differs. Adds docs/VERSIONING.md documenting the branch model and the cherry-pick sync workflow. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
