This combines all the previous submodules into one combined one here.
data/news.yml is symlinked to _data/news.yml.
pages in data/research/ have permalinks.
collections_dir: dataadded to config.yml to make publications work.All references to files and images were refactored into the new location.
The github actions should make it so when the site-data submodule is updated, the jekyll deploy action creates a new commit on master updating the site-data submodule to latest.
