Description

alertoni is a callout package, that implements a callout system and three predefined styles (a minimalistic box, a Quarto-based style and an inline style) and various types (info, caution, important, etc.). Asides predefined elements, it's also possible to define your own types, set the icons which are part of the callouts (uses tableau-icons) and allows for custom styles.

This package came from my typst template "Chribel" and is now a standalone version.

I have read and followed the submission guidelines and, in particular, I

• selected a name that isn't the most obvious or canonical name for what the package does
  • Explanation: I've decided to call the package alertoni, because I wanted the name to still sound something similar to callout, alert boxes or info boxes, while not being canonical. The combination of alert and the name Toni just makes it fun to say out loud, especially with an Italian accent.
• added a typst.toml file with all required keys
• added a README.md with documentation for my package
• have chosen a license and added a LICENSE file or linked one in my README.md
• tested my package locally on my system and it worked
• excluded PDFs or README images, if any, but not the LICENSE
