- 协议层新增 ExtErrorMessage、EdgeInstanceErrorMessage，扩展 HubErrorMessage 支持 instanceId + action
- Extension compact 失败时通过 onError 回调发送 error 消息
- Edge/Hub 逐层转发，前端收到后以 toast 形式展示
- 前端区分系统级错误（整页错误态）和实例操作错误（toast 提示）
- i18n 支持按 action 本地化错误文案，保留 SDK 原始 message 作为插值
