Add SMD push button 3D model

Summary

• add a parameter-driven SmdPushButton model for Footprinter's new smdpushbutton primitive
• size the body, terminal wings, frame, housing, actuator, and pin-1 mark from pad geometry
• wire and export the model, add a Cosmos example, and commit a PNG regression snapshot
• bump @tscircuit/footprinter to ^0.0.391

Why

smdpushbutton4 footprints currently render only four pads. This adds a compact tactile-switch package aligned to those configurable pad pitches and sizes.
