Adds Longevity World Cup as a public, unauthenticated REST/JSON API under Health, Sport & Fitness, and Statistics & Data. The entry links to the homepage, public athlete data endpoint, and leaderboard.\n\nValidation:\n- npm run build\n- Targeted schema check for collection/longevity-world-cup.yaml passed\n\nNote: npm run validate currently reports pre-existing schema errors on unrelated entries with logo: null, so I did not modify those records in this PR.
