EndoGPT is a medical NLP, we trained a version of ChatGPT(BioGPT) to generate synthetic endoscopy reports, which include long sections of free text, in partnership with Guy's and St Thomas’ Hospital. This anonomysises the data sufficient for the ethics board to approve releasing the reports to data scientists outside the hospital.

X-ray Analyser is a simple Neural Network trained on this set of X-rays from kaggle. Which can identify X-rays which show symptoms of Pneumonia and those which do not. The model is built using Tensor Flow Sequentian and has an accuracy of 86%.
