docs: add context for MT (DeepL) section - #1129

Tolgee passes the key description to DeepL as context when machine translating. The docs did not mention this yet. Adds a new section to the Machine Translation page covering what is sent, how it improves short ambiguous strings and that no configuration is needed.

Not only description, but nearby keys (+ translations) are sent as well.

What
Adds a new "Context for machine translations" section to the
Machine Translation page, placed between the providers list and
the Machine Translation Suggestions section.
The section explains that Tolgee sends the key description to
DeepL as context, shows a short disambiguation example and makes
clear there is nothing to configure.
Why
The feature shipped on June 8 but is not documented anywhere.
The Q2 newsletter announces it and will link to this section,
so readers who click through should find it described.
