Adds an entry for Easel under skills — an open-source (GPLv3) local review layer for Claude Code. The agent publishes plans, evals, and design docs as interactive local pages, blocks on
easel await, and receives annotations and widget clicks back as structured feedback anchored to the elements they were made on. Ships with a Claude Code skill; runs entirely locally (daemon + SQLite). Entry follows the existing skills schema and is exported from the folder index. (I'm the author of the tool.)
