Google AI Studio と GroqCloud の設定が未完了の場合、タイトル画面に外部プロバイダの開始メニューを表示しないように変更しました。また、メニュー項目の表示ロジックを整理し、選択可能な項目を動的に生成するようにしました。これにより、ユーザーは設定が完了していないプロバイダのメニューを選択できなくなります。 <!-- PR レビューは日本語で行うこと -->
