How to run a k-means cluster analysis in python and perform a bootstrap
Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?
I was thinking of doing this in R since I know how to but it's more fun to learn a new coding language
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
Yes, getting the bootstrap to run properly was difficult. I initially tried a for loop but ran into a lot of difficulties, I eventually simplified the code so a for loop wasn't needed
