Regenerate the checked-in playbook PDF
The Markdown now replaces the owner-specific battery claim, but APPLE_BLE_BACKGROUND_PLAYBOOK.pdf remains byte-for-byte unchanged from the parent commit and still embeds the old “project owner's physical stress testing” wording. Since this repository includes Scripts/render_markdown_pdf.py for generating that PDF, regenerate and commit it so users of the PDF receive the same tightened claim as readers of the Markdown.
