Is that so that one can have a view of the new IoP services? Should it also be added to the monitoring guide?

For IoP initially (to start playing with it) and future containerized foreman.

Right now it doesn't quite work because PCP in EL9 lacks some patches to be completely useful (that I intend to talk to the maintainers to get them in), but the current status is:
