@v7) means the action's content can silently change between runs if the upstream repo pushes a new commit to that tag. Pinning to the exact commit SHA used at release time eliminates that risk. The SHA for v7.0.0 is fb8b3582c8e4def4969c97caa2f19720cb33a72f.
