In this section we will look at the hardware and software requirements of CATE.

Hardware requirements

Processor

Intel/ AMD multicore processors tested.

Memory

Minimum: 5GB
Recommended: 15GB

GPU

Minimum: CUDA-enabled Nvidia GPU
- List of CUDA-enabled GPUs currently available

Software requirements

Operating System

Unix
Linux
Windows will require Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL).

NVIDIA's CUDA toolkit (nvcc compiler)

Minimum: 11.3.0

C++ compiler (gcc compiler)

Minimum: 10.2.0
