The interface for plugins have changed.
This patch changes the w.bcs, so that on bootup it will exclusive search for the plugin and lod it.
The PluginManager.processPlugin seems to be obsoleted/not working. I changed the w.bcs to get the plugin instance and execute process() directly on in.
