Minor rather than patch: Trace ABI 6 -> 7 is a breaking change for embedders, which UPGRADING.md already states — hosts must accept v7 and move to the trace_v7_* conformance fixtures. It also adds public API (ExtractableWorkProbe, ExtractContextProvider, and their two RLMConfig fields). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Cuts the release carrying #203 (Trace ABI v7 answer-state checkpoints, wall-clock extract fallback, and the two host hooks).
