Add new CSW Catalogs
This widget allows the user to dynamically add CSW Catalogs to the list of catalogs defined in configuration (if defined).
This tool consists of a button that opens a form for entering the URL of the chosen catalog.
The "Add CSW Catalog" button check if the url entered is correct and if the catalog is compliant with CSW (Catalogue Service for the Web).
This is a possible error
Once checked, the catalog is finally added to the list for consultation
