The Transparent & Attributed Source License (TASL) is designed to bridge the gap between traditional copyleft philosophy and modern software realities. It protects creators against AI plagiarism and "black-box" redistribution while remaining pragmatic for commercial and permissive ecosystems.
To apply this license to your project copy the contents of v1.0.md into a file named LICENSE or LICENSE.md in your project root.
You CAN:

Traditional licenses like the GPL were written before the rise of Cloud Computing (SaaS) and Large Language Models (AI). TASL ensures that if your logic is "borrowed" by a machine or hidden inside a proprietary container, the original creator still receives the credit and transparency they deserve.
TASL is more demanding than a standard MIT license. If you're mixing this code with other projects, you need to be aware of how these requirements (especially the AI and Translation clauses) interact with other licenses.
