The end-state spec every product agent converges to: ONE closed automated self-improvement loop composed from the substrate, old bespoke systems deleted.

  • The 7-step loop (sample matrix → measure via multishot → analyze → improve via agentic generator → gate → PR → loop) with exact substrate composition per step.
  • OWNS / DELETES / COMPOSES split.
  • Definition-of-done (8 criteria) — unambiguous 'finished'.
  • gtm-agent worked instantiation = the first reference build the other 6 copy.

The target the consumer migrations + blueprint-agent build toward. Docs only.

The end-state every product agent converges to: ONE closed automated
self-improvement loop (sample matrix → measure via multishot → analyze →
improve via agentic generator → gate → PR → loop), composed from the
substrate, with the old bespoke eval/improvement systems DELETED.

Defines: the 7-step loop with exact substrate composition per step; the
OWNS/DELETES/COMPOSES split; the definition-of-done (8 criteria) so a product
is unambiguously 'finished'; and the gtm-agent worked instantiation as the
first reference build the other six products copy.

This is the target the consumer migrations + blueprint-agent build toward —
not a 1:1 port of existing eval code. Principal/product-lead framing: stop
migrating, converge every product onto the one loop.
