This removes the MAS target that is not planned: #177.
Adding sandboxing doesn’t seem viable. In my experience, enabling the
com.apple.security.app-sandboxentitlement leads to unexpected app termination, especially under low disk space conditions:https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/780456
