Sorry, I was using Webpack 4. Didn't realize. Version 3 doesn't require webpack-cli. I've tested with Webpack 4, though, and it works if you want to upgrade webpack. |

The Webpack CLI has been moved out into its own package: "webpack-cli". I've added it to the package.json file as a dev dependency.
