Yolo run logging fix

All the bug fixes for this issue:

• Fixed the issue with the training log not being properly logged into the log file.
• The training page only display's the training run's and the inference page only display's all the inference runs. Instead of displaying both training and inference together.
• UI fixes, when the user clicks run train or inference it redirects to the training and inference run's page instead of the setting's page.
